On Saturday the 10^th April, 2010 at Tura Beach Golf Club on a beautiful sunny day and perfect golfing weather, 102 players hit off to try and win that elusive men's Monthly Medal. All players had their handicaps adjusted on the previous day to the new Handicap System.

The winner of the Monthly Medal with a fabulous nett score of 63 was Leigh (Punter) Bedford. Punter has just returned the area and is now working locally. A Grade winner was Chris Claassen who has been runner up in this event on a number of occasions. B Grade winner was John Seberry with a nett 67.

Runners-up were, A Grade Wayne Peterson, B Grade Peter Taylor and C Grade Jamie Ackling.  3rd place getters were, A Grade Stephen Greig, B Grade Vic Finlay and C Grade Richard Hooper.  The Ball winners went to 74 on a countback.
